How do I let members use PULPchat Mobile™?
Use the following link on your WAP enabled web site or simply post the link to your mobile
PULPchat and let your members type it in on their phones:
Notes:
- For PULPchat accounts on a different server from pulp2.design215.com,
use your PULP Server name instead.
- You can still use the PULPchat Launch Form for secure logins. Since
mobile phones do not support Javascript, simply remove the javascript functions and post the form
directly to the above url. (Replacing myAccountID with your own
Account ID)
- There is no width or height for PULPchat Mobile because it is designed to fit screens as small as
120 pixels wide. You should only direct members to PULPchat Mobile if they are using a WAP compatible
device such as a mobile phone or pda.
- PULPchat Mobile does not have a skin but it will retain all of the colors that you set for the
full browser version of PULPchat. Make sure the background color of your chat room is set to one that
is similar to your skin. If background and text are set to similar colors, mobile users may not be able
to read the messages. Colors will only appear on devices that support CSS.
